Last updated: October 18, 2026
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the managed cloud hosting, cybersecurity and managed database services ("Services") provided by InfraSys IT ("we", "us"). By subscribing to or using the Services, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and the organization you represent.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly notify us of any unauthorized access.
3. Subscriptions & Billing
- Services are offered on monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual subscription plans.
- Fees are billed in advance and renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled.
- Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, who is the Merchant of Record for all orders and handles billing, taxes and payment inquiries.
- Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Services to host or distribute unlawful content, malware or spam, to attack or probe other systems without authorization, or to infringe the rights of others. We may suspend Services that threaten the security or stability of our infrastructure.
5. Customer Data
You retain all rights to the data you store using the Services. We process it only to provide the Services, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the legality of the data you upload.
6. Service Availability
We use commercially reasonable efforts to keep the Services available and monitored 24/7. Scheduled maintenance and events beyond our reasonable control may cause temporary interruptions.
7. Confidentiality & Security
Each party will protect the other's confidential information with reasonable care. We apply industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit, access controls and automated backups.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We may terminate for material breach of these Terms. Upon termination you may request export of your data within 30 days.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in advance, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
